Holder of a Doctorate and Masters in Linguistic Studies from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and Bachelor of Letters (Portuguese-English) from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), Ronaldo Gomes Jr. is an Adjunct Professor at the UFMG Faculty of Letters in the areas of Language and Technology and English Teaching. He is interested in digital technologies and language teaching, language learners' metaphors, learning narratives and production/editing of platforms and digital teaching materials. After returning from a postdoctoral residency at Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia), he is currently undergoing postdoctoral research at PUC Minas.
